Ever since I put up the Photo Display template I have gotten emails from photogs asking where they could purchase the file. I don’t think it’s something I could make money off of, when you’re using it to educate the client. Clients usually don’t take into consideration the size of images they are purchasing, and the impact each size creates.

One of the latest versions of Photoshop is required for the template. I am not responsible if you cannot open the file. Though I will work to get it to you.

So I went ahead and wanted to share the Photoshop file with anyone that could use it to their benefit. This is so you can educate your own clients and personalize the template with your own personal images. I will ask that you:

I want to thank Pro DPI for the background image. They are an amazing Print Lab that offers free Image Displays, and a print lab that I would totally recommend. This image I happen to customize myself.

Also, I have a question that maybe you would be willing to answer. I don’t shoot raw yet because I cannot figure out how to convert them to PS. Actually I don’t understand the whole process. Are you supposed to edit in raw (all or just some) and then convert to a jpeg and edit in PS?

Or do I even need to shoot raw to print very large photos such as in the example? I have heard yes but one of my friends printed some large in jpeg and said they looked fine….but her quality standards might not be that great :/
